What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds of the CopyFoundry Starter Pack. Once purchased, you have access to the full starter pack for life.

Will you offer subscriptions?

We will be announcing an update to subscriptions in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

Does my Starter Pack allow me to request new companies?

Your Starter Pack does not allow you to request new companies. New company requests will be available in our subscription packages.

Can I transfer my membership between accounts?

You cannot transfer membership between accounts. If there are special circumstances (moving jobs, changing emails, etc.) we will review those on a case-by-case basis. You can email support@copyfoundry.xyz
